Setting up server for subdomains

Postby sandyhon! » Tue Jul 17, 2012 11:19 am

I'm working in Dreamweaver CS6 and am trying to set the server info. I used my account info FTP address, Username and Password.
For Root Directory I put: pages/pest-control (this is the alias I created in ME and had redirected to ME)
Under Web URL I put:
http://sandyhon.cust.magicedit.com/pages/pest-control

I'm getting the following error message:
An FTP error occurred - cannot open server folder pages/pest-contol/. Access denied. The file may not exist or there could be a permission problem.

Please advise. Thanks!

You did not create a pest-control directory to put your files into.
